Strawberry Moon Juice will offer refunds to our customers if we deliver juice that was incorrect on our behalf. When you sign up for a cleanse we ask you about allergies and preferences. We combine this information with your chosen juice variety to create juices we believe you'll enjoy.
Once the juice has left our kitchen we cannot offer an exchange or refund, but please let us know so we can make sure that ingredient is eliminated from future orders. Also, your palate may shift as you fast. Customers once adverse to beets may find they enjoy them after a fast. Some natural items are an acquired taste—if initially you find something unsettling, try it again a little while later, and just maybe your palette will have expanded.
Strawberry Moon Juice charges a $7 cancellation fee to ALL customers who place an order on our website or by phone and cancels after the allowed 30 minutes. Your order is processed immediately after you submit it.
If you order a juice fast, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled to arrive. If you order a 5 day juice fast and decide after the 1st shipment to cancel before receiving the 2nd shipment, you will only receive credit if you cancel 24 hours in advance.
Bottle Deposit Refund
When you ordered with us, a bottle deposit fee was added to your order. This covers the glass bottles and re-usable thermal bags in which your juice was delivered. When you have finished your juice, give all the bottles a wash and return them to the nearest participating drop-off location. Once we have received your bags and bottles, we will issue a deposit refund to the credit card used to place the order. If you know that you will order juice again soon you may opt to hold the bags until your next order. We would collect the bags at your next delivery. Any bags returned after a six month period may be eligible for a discount on your next order.
Bottles and Bags must be returned within six months of your order to receive the refund. Know that PayPal will only allow one refund per order, so if multiple fasts have been ordered all bottles and bags must be returned to receive the complete refund. Partial refunds can be issued, again, with the knowledge that we will not be able to do another if more bottles are returned.
